Hi Roger, we would class anything that is removable as “loose covers”. Even when tailored for a snug fit, this would still be classed as “loose” in the sense that it is detachable and not permanently fixed onto the furniture. Hope this helps!

How do you classify the new look fabric option for an Ercol Salisbury suite where every cover is tailored to fit, removable by original design, but is closely tailored and is certainly not “loose”?
It’s not re-upholstery, so is it in the loose cover category for cost?
