The Plumbs Consultant will show you large curtain fabric samples in your home and advise on heading types and linings.

Once you have picked a curtain fabric your consultant will give you a quotation. There is no obligation to buy and this is a free service. If you decide not to go ahead, that’s an end to it and there is nothing to pay.

If you do decide to go ahead with your curtain order, your consultant will take detailed measurements and photographs of yourwindows. They will also take detailed measurements for pelmets and any accessories you would like

Your measurements and photographs now head to the factory in Preston, Lancashire. Here our skilled staff will design and cut your new curtains. Image of factory from history/timeline

Your order now moves to skilled and experienced sewers. All seams are always overlocked and curtains are weighted for a superb drape and finish

All the curtain fitting is done for you, including pelmets and tie-backs if you have ordered them. This is great as curtains are heavy and can be fiddly. Your consultant will call beforehand to arrange a convenient time.

Once your new curtains are fitted, your consultant will check that you are totally happy and satisfied. Most customers are truly thrilled at this moment and for consultants, this is their favourite part of the job.
