We offer a national service* that includes a free home visit, a no-obligation quotation, free measuring, free fitting and free delivery. So how does it all work? We follow one of our loose covers customers, Mrs Lavelle, to find out.
FREE advice without obligation
The Home Consultant calls Mrs Lavelle to visit at a time that is convenient to her. They show her large fabric samples in the comfort of her own home.

FREE quotation
The Consultant provides a free no obligation quotation to Mrs Lavelle. She is under no pressure to go ahead.
FREE measuring
Once the fabric has been chosen, all the necessary measurements are taken with professional skill and accuracy.
Hand tailored to the highest quality
To make sure that Mrs Lavelle's loose covers fit beautifully, Plumbs craftsmen and women work to the precise dimensions of her furniture.
The use of finest materials and frequent quality checks ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed when the Consultant returns to fit the completed covers.
FREE fitting
Mrs Lavelle's new Made-to-Measure covers are ready. Her Consultant returns to fit them, free of charge. The job will only be considered complete when everything fits beautifully and Mrs Lavelle is entirely happy.
Our Consultants will also hang and drape any curtains that have been ordered leaving everything finished off beautifully. If re-upholstery or finest loose covers are ordered, furniture will be returned complete and finished.
Co-ordinating your New Look
To complete her new look, Mrs Lavelle opted for co-ordinating scatter cushions. She could also go for a set of Plumbs matching Made-to-Measure curtains, measured and fitted free by the Consultant. We can also offer footstools, cushion covers, armcovers and many more accessories to create the look and feel that you want.
