Better Then Ever
From start to finish, you did everything you said you would do. You provided a very professional service which is unusual to receive today. The consultant is very proud of the products your company provide. We originally bought our furniture in 1965 for just £100. It was for the first house my husband and I bought when we got married in 1966. It has been used continually since then, for sleeping on and watching TV when my two children were small. Now the suite is looking better than it ever did thanks to the new loose covers and the pleats make it look more traditional.

The quality of the Re-upholstery is beyond expectations!
The standard of work is excellent, we are delighted with our new chair. We were given an expensive chair in good condition which was not wanted by it's previous owner. However, the upholstery was a "Barbie Pink" colour and looked awful with our other furniture. Thanks to Plumbs it is now "Oatmeal" and looks wonderful. We could not have wished for a better service and results anywhere else, from our first enquiry we were treated with courtesy and efficiency. Everything was completed on time and according to plan.

Wow! An amazing transformation
While our loose covers were being fitted, we ordered some curtains and cushions to match a new carpet, which still needed to be fitted after some decoration. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a delay in finishing off our decorating, which then put back the fitting of the new carpet. We received the curtains and cushions (beginning of April 2008) way before everything else was finished off. They were only unpacked today (4th June 2008), to my great delight and relief, they are un-creased and just perfect. I am totally delighted with Plumbs and my home consultant was so helpful and pleasant to have in my home.
