As a Plumbs Home Consultant, my days are spent visiting customers in their own ho me, and providing advice on...reupholstery, loose covers and curtains. Some days are spent fitting, others measuring but there is always a real sense of pleasure at meeting new people. Fate
This is actually the fourth time I have had covers made by Plumbs, three were for this suite and a set for another suite - all have been perfect. Although I had the measurements already from the previous loose covers, the consultant was very thorough and re-measured for their personal satisfaction. The original pattern I chose became unavailable, but it must have been fate as the second fabric I chose is a more perfect match to my room. The consultant rang me to say they would be at my house at 3pm to fit the covers and at 3pm they pleasantly arrived on time. Now, thanks to my new loose covers my suite looks like new.

The quality of the Re-upholstery is beyond expectations!
The standard of work is excellent, we are delighted with our new chair. We were given an expensive chair in good condition which was not wanted by it's previous owner. However, the upholstery was a "Barbie Pink" colour and looked awful with our other furniture. Thanks to Plumbs it is now "Oatmeal" and looks wonderful. We could not have wished for a better service and results anywhere else, from our first enquiry we were treated with courtesy and efficiency. Everything was completed on time and according to plan.

Wow! An amazing transformation
While our loose covers were being fitted, we ordered some curtains and cushions to match a new carpet, which still needed to be fitted after some decoration. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a delay in finishing off our decorating, which then put back the fitting of the new carpet. We received the curtains and cushions (beginning of April 2008) way before everything else was finished off. They were only unpacked today (4th June 2008), to my great delight and relief, they are un-creased and just perfect. I am totally delighted with Plumbs and my home consultant was so helpful and pleasant to have in my home.
