It was Tom and Bernice Plumb who laid the foundations of the company in 1953. The family business grew steadily each year and today we remain one of the leading reupholstery companies in the UK.
Offering a choice of 800 fabrics in the entire range, Plumbs offers a personalised service to each of its customers. While we don’t offer furniture repairs on their own, we do offer repairs in conjunction with our reupholstery service, to give your tired furniture an extra revamp.

Contact us today and one of our professional consultants will arrange a completely free home visit. You will be shown samples from the range and you’ll even get to see how each one looks compared with your current décor. It’s hard to visualise what fabrics will go with your current theme when you can’t actually sample them together, therefore this service is ideal for finding the perfect fit.
Once you’ve chosen a sample you like, you’ll be presented with a free quotation. You aren’t under any obligation to buy and what’s great about the service is you can take your time to choose the right patterns.
