We’re open & here to help
We are delighted to let you know that our in-home consultancy service is now operating throughout the UK (subject to local guidelines). We look forward to seeing you once more and making your furniture beautiful again.
In order to keep our customers and team safe, we have made some important changes to our procedures, which you can see below. For any more questions, please call us on 0800 019 0505 or email email@example.com and a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
Please note, despite the local restrictions in Preston, our main factory & office remains open with safety measures in line with government guidelines.
Home Consultancy service
Over the last few months, keeping our team and customers safe has been the ultimate priority of our company, and this will continue to be a primary focus for the foreseeable future.
As a business centred around a personal, in-home service, we understand how important it is to feel comfortable and safe in one’s own home, and our consultants are taking all necessary steps to ensure a safe environment. This may include:
- Consultants wearing appropriate PPE (e.g. visors or gloves) during all visits from initial enquiry to fitting appointments.
- In addition to PPE, your Plumbs consultant will also adhere to all social distancing regulations.
- During measuring/fitting appointments, your consultant may ask you to wait in another room whilst your presence is not essential for the job at hand.
- Should your consultant, or any of their household, experience any symptoms of coronavirus, our consultants will cancel all appointments during their isolation period. They will also not be attending appointments in households experiencing any symptoms.
- There may be reduced appointment slots available to allow your consultant to fully sanitise all fabric books and brochures prior to your visit.
All of our consultants are now operating again, in accordance with local guidelines. Please do note that our service is in high demand right now, and so there may be a small delay before your consultant is able to contact you.
If you would like to request a free home visit, you can do so here.
Please note, where localised lockdowns are put in place, we will be contacting the relevant consultants to make them aware of any restrictions.
Factories & Head Office
Having reopened in late May, our factory is now in full operation once again. Due to the lockdown, we are experiencing some alteration to order timeframes, but this is being managed as thoroughly as is possible in these unprecedented times. Please note, where an order has been significantly held up (e.g. due to fabric delays), our customer services team should have contacted you.
Our customer services team are still on hand to help with any outstanding queries and can be contacted by calling 01772 838 363 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure to include your order/customer number to allow for quicker correspondence.
Again, our lines are very busy right now, so there may be a short delay in our response time, but we will do all we can to provide prompt service where possible.
Our newly renovated Preston showroom is now back open and can be visited at the following times…
Mon: 9am – 4:30pm
Tue: 9am – 4:30pm
Wed: 9am – 4:30pm
Thu: 9am – 4:30pm
Fri: 9am – 4:00pm
Sat: 9am – 3pm
Social distancing guidelines and sanitising stations are in place to make your visit safe and comfortable. If you would like to make any enquiries with the showroom prior to visiting, please call on 01772 259995.
From our family to yours, we would like to wish you well at this time. This page will be updated regularly with the latest information for our customers.
If you feel your question has not been answered above, please email our customer services on email@example.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible. To enable a more efficient process, please ensure all correspondence includes your order number.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and will continue to follow advice from the Government, the NHS and World Health Organisation.
