As the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak continues, communities must work together in order to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone. Here at Plumbs, keeping our community safe has been at the heart of our actions throughout the last year, and will continue to be so as new restrictions take place. In home service
After 61 years of trusted service, we know that when it comes to interiors, there’s no better place to make design decisions than your own home. According to new government guidelines, our in-home service is able to continue, with enhanced safety measures in place.
A full briefing of these guidelines has been issued to our home consultants, and the following measures implemented:
Distribution of PPE (including masks gloves and visors) to all consultants, fitters and delivery drivers.
Guidelines surrounding social distancing and regular sanitisation.
Minimising contact where possible. For example, during measuring and fitting appointments, your consultant may ask you to wait in another room to reduce unnecessary contact whilst they work.
Please note, that in some areas, there may be a short delay in arranging your visit due to limited consultant availability.

Much like our in-home appointments, health and safety standards for our collection/delivery team have been enhanced. No further action is required from you to arrange this, and our team will be in touch to arrange a collection/delivery slot that works for you.
Our Preston showroom is now closed until further notice. However, you can shop for our factory stock online at the Plumbs Marketplace website (www.plumbsmarketplace.co.uk). Our click & collect service is still available, and the team will be in touch to arrange a time with you.
