An update for our customers regarding coronavirus

Here at Plumbs, community is at the very heart of what we do, and right now we have a duty to protect both our customers and team from the ongoing global health pandemic. Please be assured that your health and safety is at the heart of all our decisions in the forthcoming weeks, and we will be closely monitoring government legislation in relation to these extraordinary circumstances.

Home visit requests

Our in-home service has currently been suspended. This decision was not taken lightly, but is an essential element in protecting our consultants and their customers from any potential harm. For those with appointments already booked, your home consultant will be in touch with you imminently.

If you would still like to register your interest in a home visit, you can do so here. This will allow us to store your details and get back to you when the situation improves, and we are in a position to restart operations.

In the meantime, you can continue to browse our fabric collection at your leisure.


Current orders and enquiries

As our factory operations have paused, all current orders are temporarily on hold. We understand that this will be frustrating, particularly where your furniture has been uplifted from the home, but unfortunately these actions are necessary under current government regulations.

Our customer services team are doing their best to update all customers with outstanding orders, and will be contacting customers individually. If you have a specific enquiry relating to your order, please email us on and we will be in touch as soon as possible. To enable a more efficient process, please ensure all correspondence includes your order number.

You can still communicate with us on the stated email address or via our Facebook page. We look forward to resuming our service as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and will continue to follow advice from the Government, the NHS and World Health Organisation.


Additional information

Please note, we have received several complaints in relation to our unaddressed mailing currently being distributed by Royal Mail. This mailing was organised several weeks ago, prior to any government guidelines regarding coronavirus. Unfortunately we were, therefore, unable to appropriately cancel or postpone the mailing once these regulations were announced. We had no intention of placing Royal Mail staff at risk by distributing these, and would have cancelled the mailing immediately, should it have been possible. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience or upset caused by the mailing.
