Plumbs Release a New Range of Closer Fitting Covers

The aptly named Easifit range is the latest collection of loose covers to come from the family-run business. The fitted underside finish and unique corner zip means Easifit covers are ideal for offering a beautiful fit on even the most unusual furniture. Offering all of the benefits of stretch covers, the new range also manages to maintain a contemporary feel. Unlike traditional stretch covers, Plumbs Easifit range fabrics have a small amount of ‘give’ in just one direction, giving a more structured overall feel.

The new range offers an up to date interpretation of traditional designs with a selection of co-ordinating checks, florals, herringbones and plain fabrics available. With over 40 fabric and colour options, the Easifit range is set to appeal to all areas of the market.

With the arrival of the new range and loose cover fabrics, Plumbs are also featuring an on-trend combination look for 2013. Plumbs are encouraging customers to mix and match their fabric choices, with many of the new designs having been specifically developed to be used together. Plumbs Home Consultants are all fully trained to help and advise on combination looks.

The new collection has also allowed Plumbs to promote contrast piping, which is available with select fabrics across their entire range. Laura Calvert explains more:

"Contrast piping uses a separate colour to pipe the edges of your furniture than that used for the base. This can offer extra definition for your furniture and give a little more interest for a truly unique look. We are finding this look is becoming increasingly popular, with customers wanting to make their furniture more individual and quirkier furniture becoming a more popular trend in the interior design world."

The new Easifit collection, comprising of loose cover and curtain fabrics can be viewed alongside the entire Plumbs fabric range of over 600 fabrics during a free in-home consultation with one of Plumbs’ local Home Consultants.
