Our customer service charter means that we try very hard to deliver prompt, polite and personal customer service.
• This means that we will normally answer the phone live and in person within 4 or 5 rings. You should not be held in a queue or be connected to a machine during office hours.
• You can expect a reply to your emails the same day.
• You can expect prompt replies to your letters by phone or post
• You can expect courteous and polite responses every time you contact Plumbs.
