Do I need previous experience in sales?
Though always a benefit, we’re simply looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to build their own business in their local area. An interest or passion for home interiors or design is also useful.
When it comes to our products and processes, full training will be provided. Our in-house experts will guide you through everything you need to know and be on-hand when you need them afterwards too. This course will also give you the chance to meet people from a range of departments so you know who to contact when you have any queries going forward, and see our bespoke products being made for yourself.
The only requirements we ask our candidates to have are a full UK driving license, access to a vehicle for attending appointments and an iPad from which you can run our sales app. Ideally you will also live within or near the area you are applying to cover.

What will my day-to-day job look like?
As a self-employed consultant, this is partially up to you. Local leads will be distributed to you via our sales app, it is then your responsibility to contact these customers to answer their questions and arrange a convenient home visit. A typical day may include any of the following tasks…
– Contacting new enquiries
– Visiting customers to discuss our products and provide a quote
– Following up with customers you have seen
– Measuring customer furniture after an order is taken
– Returning to fit the products
Each day will be different and your diary is controlled by you. That means you can build it to work around your lifestyle and free time.
