1. This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding Plumbs employees, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entries will be accepted until midnight on Sunday 9th July 2023.
3. Entry is by completing the ‘Plumbs Feedback Survey June 2023’ online and providing your contact details at the end.
4. Only one entry into the draw per person will be allowed.
5. There will be 3 winners. The winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter, Plumbs, from all the eligible entries received and notified by Monday 24th July 2023. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize is a £100 M&S gift card. There is no choice of alternative prize to that stated.
7. Winners must claim their prize by 21st August 2023 by successfully responding to our winning notification. If you do not respond within this time, your prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected at random.
8. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the draw and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
9. The winner’s name and county will be available on request by writing to us and marking your enquiry ‘Plumbs Feedback Survey June 2023 Free Prize Draw’.
10. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for personal reference.
