Place an order for curtains before 30^th September 2024 and you’ll automatically be entered into our prize draw where one lucky winner will win the value of their curtain order back.

Terms and conditions below…

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding Plumbs employees, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
2. Entries will be accepted until 30^th September 2024 inclusive
3. Entry is by placing an order for curtains with Plumbs between 27^th July 2024 and 30^th September 2024 inclusive. All such purchasers will be automatically entered into the draw – there is no additional cost to enter
4. If you place an order for curtains but do not wish to be entered into the draw for whatever reason, please contact us via plumbs@plumbs.co.uk or by writing to us at Plumbs Limited, Old Lancaster Lane, Preston PR1 7PZ
5. Only one entry into the draw per household will be allowed
6. There will be one winner, chosen at random by the Promoter, Plumbs, from all the eligible entries received and notified by Monday 14^th October 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
7. The prize is a refund of your curtains order value after any promotional savings have been applied, excluding the price of any new curtain tracks or poles purchased at the same time. If you have placed multiple orders for curtains during the prize draw entry period, your prize will reflect the highest valued curtains order placed – multiple purchases will not result in multiple refunds
8. There is no choice of alternative prize to that stated
9. The winner must claim their prize by 11^th November 2024 by successfully responding to our winning notification. If you do not respond within this time period, your prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner selected at random
10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the draw and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof
11. The winner’s name and county will be available on request by contacting us via the above routes and marking your enquiry ‘Plumbs Curtains Prize Draw Aug/Sept 2024’

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering this prize draw being used by the Promoter for the purposes of fulfilling the prize draw
2. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media

All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for personal reference. The Promoter, Plumbs, reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants.
