User Generated Content – Terms & Conditions
We absolutely love seeing how our products look in your homes! From beautiful reupholstery transformations to cozy corners with our made-to-measure covers, your posts bring our products to life. From time to time, we may request to share your photos or videos across our own channels to inspire others.
Where Your Content May Appear
If you give us permission, your content may be used on the relevant product page of our website, on our social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or others), in our newsletters or marketing emails, and in our brochures and print materials. We’ll always credit you where possible and aim to showcase your content beautifully and adhering to relevant data protection policies.
How to provide permission for image use
If you respond to our Instagram request with #yesPlumbs, you are agreeing to provide us with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your image(s) or video(s) – hereafter referred to as “content” – for marketing and advertising purposes. This may include usage across this aforementioned platforms. We may also approach you via DM, with a link provided for you, or you can upload your pictures directly to our gallery by using our media uploader. By providing and agreeing to the use of content, you must own the rights to your content and/or have permission from all individuals featured in the content. Our use of the content will not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
Please note, you won’t receive any payment for the use of your content, and you release Sarah Plumb Ltd (T/A Plumbs) and any partners acting on our behalf from any claims related to copyright, usage rights, or compensation related to our use of the content as described.
