It’s been over 40 years since my mother, Ann Plumb, introduced our home consultancy service, which has since helped to transform thousands of homes across the UK. How do I book a free home visit?
Booking your free home visit is easy. You can request a visit through our website or call us on 0800 298 0303, and one of our friendly local consultants will contact you within a few days to arrange a time that suits you best.

How long before I hear from the consultant?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within five days of your request — often much sooner. Once you receive your consultant’s details, we recommend saving their phone number to your contacts to ensure smooth and easy communication.

Is the Complete Window Service available across the UK?
Our Complete Window Service is available to around 87% of homes across the UK, with our made-to-measure curtains available beyond this too. Your consultant will be happy to let you know if the service is available in your area.

Can I order online?
Due to their bespoke nature, you cannot order Plumbs covers, reupholstery or curtains online. However, with our free and friendly home consultancy service, our experts come to you at a convenient date and time with no obligation to place an order.
