Home consultations
A friendly, professional, local home consultant will pay a visit to you at a time that is convenient. They will then show you our full catalogue of fabrics. In the entire range, across cushions, loose coverings and reupholstery, there are 600 different styles to choose from.
Once you’ve selected the one you want, our home consultant will take measurements of your furniture. This ensures the craftsmen have precise measurements to work with and a perfect fit product is created.
100% satisfaction
Just to be sure, the consultant will return with the completed product and fit it free of charge. If it isn’t quite right, they will take it back to be altered at no additional cost.
Every one of our products comes with at least a one year guarantee. Our reupholstery and traditional covers come with a three year guarantee.
