Byrom – Bordeaux
With a lively and rich floral repeat, Byrom – Bordeaux is inspired by the designs of William Morris, one of Britain’s most famous Victorian-era textile designers.
Among other talents, Morris was also an artist, architectural conservationist and printer who was associated with the British Arts and Crafts Movement. He’s credited with the popular saying ‘have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful’.
Byrom – Bordeaux is a stunning Easifit fabric in Polyester and Elastane making washable sofa covers (on a 40°C cycle). Matching curtains in polyester and cotton can be hand or machine washed at 30°C or dry cleaned.
Palladio – Vanilla
Palladio – Vanilla is a flower-and-leaf Easifit fabric with a hint of William Morris’ flair. Its unusual muted golden-green tones would look superb as sofa covers on winged settees, chaise lounge and divan styles. It could also be paired with a complementary or contrasting fabric as a cushion cover to create a unique two-tone look.

Fernwood – Olive
The Victorians loved bringing nature indoors and Fernwood – Olive carries this taste into modern times. This contemporary fern leaf design creates very stylish and retro settee covers suitable for any shape of sofa or armchair – and can be matched with curtains in the same design. It certainly helps set the scene in both shady drawing rooms and bright conservatories.

Jacobean Blossom – Red Green
Jacobean textiles were heavy on the embroidery. While this regal Jacobean Blossom – Red Green sofa cover fabric is definitely a modern, woven material, it’s certainly evocative of the era. Textiles during the reign of James I were bolder in colour than they had been during the reign of Elizabeth I – given a nod here with the vibrant crimson and defined shape of the floral design.
Despite its appearance, Jacobean Blossom is a modern Easifit washable sofa cover fabric of Polyester and Elastane, and can be cleaned on a 40°C cycle or dry cleaned.
Monets Garden – Soft Gold
The artist Claude Monet was famous for his paintings of water lilies and the beauty of his garden at Giverny, near Paris (which is open to visitors). His studies of nature and light produced some of the most famous impressionist paintings.
